Reservation Request Form

Please try to give at least 2 weeks prior notice for reservations & rentals. Groups of 8 or more without confirmed reservation are subject to a 25% gratuity.

Please read all of the below information before submitting this form!

A reservation at the 1-up Lounge is strictly table space, unless otherwise stated; the lounge will be open to regular traffic and all parties are subject to our regular cover fees unless negotiated directly with management.

Please note that while we have all ages hours, we are not a kids’ place. Lounge etiquette is mandatory for people of all ages.

For reservations of 15+ people, our team will contact you about renting the entire lounge space!

We will get back to you via phone or email with details and a quote, a reservation IS NOT final or guaranteed until we reach back out to you for confirmation.
